Who are we

AHK Company was established in 2014 under the umbrella of Law No. 5 and amended by Law No. 9 of 2010 AD on the Promotion of Investment in Libya and under the supervision of the General Authority for Investment Promotion and Privatization Affairs.

AHK Company is a Libyan company specialized in the trade and supply of low and medium voltage industrial electrical materials and equipment to serve infrastructure projects, factories and contracting companies inside Libya, where Al-Shafaq Company manufactures and assembles low voltage distribution panels, substation units, as well as ring distribution units with the highest quality and according to the standards and specifications of the General Electricity Company.

Our Activities

At AHK, we carry out a wide range of activities and services in the field of electricity through partnership with the agent of Chint Electric products in Libya and providing high-quality and standard electrical products that are approved and registered with the General Electricity Company, and Al-Shafaq Company owns a factory equipped with all the necessary machines and equipment to manufacture metal distribution boxes and boxes according to international specifications and standards.

One of the most important works of the company is the supply and distribution of industrial electrical materials and the supply of contractors, construction companies and factories such as separators and protection switches, magnetic collectors, electrical relays, as well as accessories for distribution panels including cable ends of different sizes to suit the various capacities and currents used in the Libyan market.

Projects & Products

AHK Company has many products and projects that have been implemented, the most important of which is the manufacture and assembly of collection boxes dedicated to the operation of factories and large factories with medium voltage, as well as the preparation of boxes for ring units and substations, according to demand and by contracting with many local companies and Libyan institutions.

80-200 Amp Distribution Boxes

Contracting with a construction company to manufacture and equip low-voltage electricity distribution boxes for use in connecting residential buildings.

1600 Amp Distribution Box

Manufacture and equipping a 1600 amp tipper box used to connect generators to the electrical grid of one of our contracted factories.

55 HP pump drive box

Manufacturing and assembling water pump operating panels with a capacity of 55 HP in cooperation and partnership with Chint Electric's product dealer in Libya

12 kV Ring Distribution Unit

Supplying and equipping a 12 kV ring distribution unit to our customers and equipping it with the necessary operational equipment
